Prior to forming Viewpoint Consulting Group, Jay gained a depth of knowledge in senior and multifamily housing serving as a vice-president of a nationally-recognized real estate research firm. Using this knowledge and experience, Viewpoint Consulting Group can provide clients with a thorough understanding of market issues that affect the viability their housing projects.
